Amin at reception was very fast and helpful. He ensured I could get some sleep quickly. Saurabh was helpful and proactive with other guests. His service was lovely to witness. The hotel location allowed easy travel to central London.
I noticed very slight wear on some of the furniture.

the double room i booked was very clean. i found the bed comfortable and there were extra pillows. the staff assisted quickly with questions and were cute. wifi speed worked excellently in both my room and the lobby.

the late-night kitchen service was a real plus. i ordered nachos and a pizza, both surprisingly tasty. the value for money was amazing.
The tv had some issues. The remote's battery seemed low.

the room was clean. i found the bed comfortable. i also appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities available in the room. the breakfast had plenty of choice.
i was asked for my surname and told to type my email address into a screen at check-in. then i received an email saying i had been signed up to 'all, accor live. ' it felt unprofessional because i was not asked if i wanted to join. i think guests should give clear consent.
